Our replica 1937 Knucklehead-UL Frame is a close reproduction of the HD factory frame
Frame has forged steel parts: neck, front and rear motor mounts, side car loops, top seat yoke, footboard tabsand rear axle plates
Exact blanked and formed steel stampings are utilized in appropriate areas
Rear fender cross bar is supported by exact duplicated “saddles” brazed at each end
Seat post, brake cross shaft bushings, and grease fittings are installed
The Frame has a 28° neck angle, correct rectangle tool box pads, and 7/8" diameter tank brace
Rear brake tab support slot is normally open like original, but shipped frame may need this modification done by purchaser
Knuckle & UL Motors will fit this Frame without modifications
