When you have added all the products that you want to purchase to your shopping cart, you may press the "checkout" button to complete the purchase. You can enter your information, including your desired method of payment, during the check out process.
If you do not feel comfortable using our shopping cart, you can email your order to email@example.com. If you email your order to us, the email should include the part numbers of the products that you wish to order and your payment information. The part number of a product is listed in front of the name of the product on the product pages of this website.

Ordering by fax

You can print out our order form to write down your order. The shipping price may be filled in on the form, using our shipping rate table. We will calculate shipping for you if the shipping price is left blank on the order form.

Credit card online
The easiest way of ordering products from us is through our online shopping cart. One of the payment options of the shopping cart's checkout process is to enter your credit card information on an online form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Check or money order by mail
You may also send us your payment by mail. Valid methods of payment by mail are: money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. For your own safety, please do not send cash. When paying with a personal check, your order may be delayed for up to 14 days for the check to clear.

We also offer the possibility for you to pay by PayPal®. Our PayPal® account is "firstname.lastname@example.org". When paying with PayPal®, make sure to note your order number in the "Note" field of the transaction. We recommend you send us a list of part numbers with your contact information including phone number. We'll send you a PayPal® invoice.
Our shipping rates can be found here. Our online shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping price for you. Shipping rates are subject to change. When an order is made by mail or fax, you can use our shipping rates table to look up the price of shipping.
All orders are shipped by ground shipping. Lightweight orders are usually shipped with the U.S. Postal Services. Heavier orders are normally shipped with Fedex. Occasionally, UPS or Airborne Express may be used.
We will carefully package our products. If the shipment shows external damage, contact the shipper and follow their instructions. We will assist if needed.

General Company Terms
We normally can ship orders from our well stocked warehouse same or next day of receipt. However, we only accept orders with the buyers understanding of an unspecified delivery time and the buyers waiver of an exact delivery date. Many of the items we carry are supplied to us from various hobbyist manufactures and are very limited production and only made in small quantities as time and materials permits. Subsequently we do not have all parts in stock at any one time. Please plan your repair and rebuild projects by giving us enough time to gather and ship your parts. If you prefer partial shipments can be shipped until we get the complete order filled.
We will advise you on any backordered item as soon as possible and will refund or exchange immediately upon your request or hold your order pending receipt of goods - your choice.
Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. No warranties express or implied other than original manufactures guarantees. We do not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in any publication we distribute. You enter into a commercial contract when we accept your order. The Uniform Commercial Code governs on all transactions. Shipping prices are subject to change.

No Unauthorized Exchanges Or Returns!
If shipment mistake is our fault a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our Customer Service department is required prior to the return of goods for exchange or adjustments. Also please include a copy of your invoice when returning any item for adjustment. Returns are to be sent with shipping prepaid to our warehouse address supplied with the RAN.
Returns sent C.O.D. and/or without Return Authorization Number marked on the outside of the parcel will be refused or discarded. Returns will be adjusted with an exchange, credit, or refund and may be subject to a restocking fee!
