This new manufactured 4-speed Tranny, with its closer ratio gear range, is a vast improvement in the power band for an overall better riding performance unknown before. All gears are machined from modern materials for higher strength and feature an updated tooth-design for smoother and quieter running. All H-D 45 Solo, Side-Car rigs and Servi-Car machines will benefit from these features.
This 4-speed unit comes completely assembled with all gears, shafts and covers installed for a quick, straightforward installation. Accepts original primary drive with clutch and the chain sprocket with cover. It looks exactly the same as its 3-speed counterpart so nobody can tell the difference from its outer appearance. The only extra part required is a Big Twin 4-speed Shifter Gate for your Gas Tank.
