Frame has forged steel parts: neck, front and rear motor mounts, side car loops, top seat yoke, footboard tabs and rear axle plates
Exact blanked and formed steel stampings are utilized in appropriate areas
Rear fender cross bar is supported by exact duplicated “saddles” brazed at each end
Seat post, brake cross shaft bushings, and grease fittings are installed
The Frame has a 29° neck angle for 16"wheels, correct 2 hole tool box mount, and 1" diameter tank brace
Rear brake tab support slot is closed like original
